Today was supposed to be a nice and easy 7 miles. Nice and easy, I was hanging back. Prefering not to put my self in pain, when Grizz ran up behind and was like why are holding back Fichter? So I decided to run with him. Frickin' idiot. He said he's going to run with me on the time trial too. : p
Anyway...I feel better than I would have expected. And I got to call Nat for the second night in a row. Yay.
My internet shuts off at 11:00, so that's why this is so short.

Preferring not to put yourself in pain? Didn't our cross country shirt, the one you wore today from last year say something along the lines of "an athlete must expect and embrace pain"
